Manpacks Top T-Shirt Picks for 2012

Manpacks.com is a subscription service for guys that automates the delivery of many “essentials” on a regular basis. Just go to your mailbox and there they are.

They carry a wide assortment of underwear, shirts (unders and tees), socks, grooming supplies, and some other helpful add-ons like condoms.

After testing out a bunch of tees, they picked their top three favorites of 2012 and just published their T-Shirt Shootout article summarizing their findings.

RibbedTee Retro Fit V-neck

Slim-fitting, in a light, stretchy, breathable 50:50 cotton/polyester blend it fits cleanly and unobtrusively underneath your shirts.

American Apparel Tri-blend Tee

Made of a 50:25:25 Polyester, Cotton, Rayon blend the shirt is a soft, fine jersey in a subtle, heathered blend available in three colours. It’s a classic crew neck styling in a slim fit that looks and feels good.

Test notes: Slim fit to size with no appreciable shrinkage after washing and drying. Collar tag and no external branding. Three colours (heather blue, black, and brown). Made in USA.

ExOfficio Dri Tee

The Dri Tee’s 85% polyester, 15% cotton fabric is a sleek, super-soft, super-fine weave that doesn’t make you look like an escaped gym rat. Offering a relaxed—but not baggy—fit for easier movement it also features impressive construction details.

Test notes: Very fine knit fabric.Roomier fit to size with no appreciable shrinkage after washing and drying. Tagless, silk-screened label with small, embroidered logo on left sleeve. Made in China.
