Each year Freshpair hosts National Underwear Day. Started in 2003, NUD was founded to help bring underwear into the public consciousness and to celebrate what everyone wears underneath.
This year it looks like their stepping it up another notch with a special Pop-Up Experience Store where folks can get their hands on some brand new free innerwear from their favorite brands. Newcomer Mario Lopez’s Rated M brand is participating this year too – very cool. Here are the deets.
Freshpair’s 10th annual National Underwear Day
Paying homage to a decade of underwear celebration, Freshpair is playing host to an “It’s Time for a Change” pop-up experience in New York City, August 22 and 23 (315 W. 57th Street, 11 a.m. to 7 p.m.).
About the Pop-Up Experience Store
The pop-up experience store will offer free underwear from the event’s title sponsors – Calvin Klein, Wacoal, Leonisa, men’s and women’s Emporio Armani, 2xist, C-IN2, and Rated M – as well as demonstrations of Freshpair.com’s signature At-Home Bra Fitting and Men’s Underwear Club Services, advice from style gurus, exclusive specials and giveaways, and a walkthrough model alley where New York’s top models will be showing off the latest underwear looks.
The fun-filled celebration is not limited to those in the New York area. Everyone is invited to “get briefed” on his/her underwear personality with Freshpair’s “Underwear ID Quiz.” Quiz-takers will receive special offers on future purchases. In addition to the quiz, Freshpair will also be hosting on-site promotions, as well as social-only promotions for its fans on its men’s and women’s Facebook and Twitter pages.
