Defunkd.com Vintage T-Shirt Collective

Over the past couple of weeks, I’ve been receiving a good number of questions related to vintage-era t-shirts/undershirts.
Folks have been super happy with undershirts of yesteryear, but unfortunately, many of today’s undershirt products are not satisfying their needs.
A great example of that is the vintage Towncraft 50/50 (cotton/poly undershirts) that were beloved by everyone who wore them, but discontinued by JCP when they transitioned into the Stafford brand.
I’ve received questions about products like the Sears Sanforized Golden Comfort undershirt as well as the super cool 50/50 blanks from Screen Stars.
In my quest for vintatge t-shirt/undershirt answers, I’ve continually come across the website Defunkd.com.
Not only is Defunkd.com a great ecom site to purchase vintage tees, it’s also also a great resource site for no-longer-manufactured t-shirt/undershirt products.
A big shout out to the great peeps over at Defunkd.com for creating such a great resource site!!

my pleasure jimmyj! very cool website and a great resource as well.
not sure if you normally include this, but it would be great if you could ask your peeps to include the rn number from the tags if still visible. that’s always a helpful data-point when researching products.
i’ll be writing another articles about screen stars and sears golden comfort shortly as well, where i’ll be referencing your website.
great- will do – just posted on our FB page.
